SPORT INVERCLYDE
INDIVIDUAL GRANT SCHEME
APPLICATION FORM
Eligibility: Applications are accepted only from individuals within clubs which are currently affiliated to Sport Inverclyde, or from individuals who are currently affiliated to Sport Inverclyde, and who are not in receipt of Lottery Funding.
Procedure: Applications should be completed by the applicant, countersigned by a representative of the sports Governing Body, or club chairman and returned to Inverclyde Sports Council.
Incorrectly completed forms will not be accepted.
Applicants receiving grant aid (either Individual or Club) should note:
Only one application will be considered per year, regardless of the amount awarded. The maximum award will not exceed £200.
The combined total of Grant Aid awarded to a club and its individual members will not exceed £500 in any one year.
Purchase receipts for the full cost of equipment are required, and must be sent to the Inverclyde Sports Council Treasurer within 3 months of receiving the grant cheque.
THE AWARDING OF A GRANT MUST NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE ASSUMED BY THE APPLICANT
Conditions attached to any grant award:
The grant, normally 50% of total cost, maximum £200 or whichever is less shall be used only for the purpose indicated on this form.
If the whole or any part of the grant is not used in accordance with the application, then it must be returned to Sport Inverclyde.
Grants will be awarded in accordance with the guidelines detailed within the Individual Grant Criteria form.
